To help speed up resolution of your query:

1. |
Open
a jshell, type "jdiag -dvL" (this will create a file called jdiag.out)
and include it in your e-mail as an attachment. If you are unable to
do this, or don't have jBASE installed, please indicate your platform and
jBASE release. |

Be as
specific as possible about your problem. Ideally provide what the
problem is, and how to reproduce it (if possible). Indicate the
expected and actual behavior, include actual output (including error
messages) whenever possible. |
