support infrastructure which guarantees that problems will be dealt with in a
timely fashion, including an escalation procedure that allows for a problem
being worked on around the clock until a solution is found, provided, and

technologically advanced – it allows you to continue to use your existing
business logic while creating new, state of the art modules in Java, Visual
Basic, C, C++, C# or whatever your development tool of choice may be.

any change in application code whatsoever.

is just as important as technical support. We do understand that you are unique
and that you will have unique requirements, especially these days as it is
getting harder to differentiate your solution simply by functionality.
