  • We have a well defined support infrastructure which guarantees that problems will be dealt with in a timely fashion, including an escalation procedure that allows for a problem being worked on around the clock until a solution is found, provided, and accepted. We know your customers depend on you and you therefore depend on us. 
     

  • Our product is technologically advanced – it allows you to continue to use your existing business logic while creating new, state of the art modules in Java, Visual Basic, C, C++, C# or whatever your development tool of choice may be. 
     

  • You can create your application in jBASE and have it run on Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, etc without any change in application code whatsoever. 
     

  • Also you can deploy your application on the widest range of platforms in the industry – all of the servers in the IBM eServer range (including AS 400 (iSeries) and System 390 (zSeries) as well as Microsoft OS products, Linux and the major Unix platforms. 

COMMERCIAL SUPPORT

However, commercial support is just as important as technical support. We do understand that you are unique and that you will have unique requirements, especially these days as it is getting harder to differentiate your solution simply by functionality.

How do we provide that uniqueness? 

  • We can work with customers where exchange rates fluctuate in local currency.
     

  • We have customers who have a different pricing model as the concurrent user model does not work for their business model.
     

  • We work with customers to get marketing materials created jointly and placed where they will have maximum impact.
