What guidelines exist for tuning and troubleshooting my Windows installation?

When compiled in the Windows environment, jBASE applications become native Windows executables and dlls. In general, this means that Windows does not require any special tuning or tweaking before your applications will run at peak performance. If you are curious about how Windows can be tuned to best suit your environment, please refer to the latest information from Microsoft for Windows 95/98 and Windows NT.
